CA MAISON — Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Returned with all original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn. Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ca.maison@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
